2002 Day Three:
Still Going...

Well, we left Memphis, Tennessee at about 6:15 AM. The temperature outside is 52.0 degrees. Inside it's 59.0 degrees. The skies are clear as we make our way to Bristol, Virginia. Dad and I drove across entire state of Tennessee. Simply gorgeous! No wonder they're the "Volunteers." I'd volunteer for this place any day!

Now on to the pictures! The first one is a west Tennessee sunrise. Where's my sunglassess, Dad? The second one is "Oh Tennessee River.. And a mountain man. We play together, in Mother Nature's band." (That's Alabama...the group, not the state.)

The third picture is downtown Nashville. Now THAT is some skyline! The fourth picture is the Nashville Coliseum, home of the Titans and TSU (I don't know why Dad took this picture. He doesn't even LIKE football.)

The fourth picture is the "World Famous Ryman Auditorium," playing host to the "Grand Ole Opry". The sixth picture is the "Country Music Hall of Fame."I may never get there, but at least I can stand outside.

The fifth picture is me "Hangin' out in Music City" Hey Dad! Isn't that Faith Hill?!?! The sixth picture is me "Playin' Music Row". Don't ya think I look like Merle Haggard?

And the last picture..."Yes, Virginia" If I lived here, I'd be home now! It's now 4:30 PM with the temperature outside at 80.2 degrees under mostly cloudy skies. Inside it's 77.5 degrees. Total mileage by the end of the day is 2481.2 miles travelled. Next time: pictures of me in Washington D.C.!

Sincerely,

Jordan
